The fire was started by a fuel tank on one of the locomotives of the express train that was travelling towards the Crimea, according to local authorities, who were quoted by the outlet.
According to Oleg Kryuchkov, advisor to the president of Crimea, experts are inspecting the bridge that observed the fire.
