Ukraine: The death toll of the Russian army has risen to 61,330 since the start of the military operation

The Ukrainian army reported that 61,330 Russian servicemen have died since the military action began on February 24.
According to the Ukrainian “Ukrinform” news agency today, Thursday, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia lost 2,449 tanks, 5,064 armoured vehicles, 1,424 artillery systems, 344 multiple launcher systems, 266 aeroplanes, 232 helicopters, and 1,047 aircraft during this time.

3,854 vehicles, 15 warships, 132 pieces of specialised equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles, and fuel tanks.
In response to a request for aid from the leaders of the Donbass republics, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the beginning of a special military operation in Ukraine on February 24.

In response, the United States and its allies imposed harsh sanctions and expanded their shipments of armaments to Ukraine. Putin emphasised that Moscow had no aspirations to invade Ukrainian land but instead aspired for disarmament.

Since the start of the military action in Ukraine, 61,330 Russian soldiers have died.
