The city of Bila Tserkva, which is located around 90 kilometres from the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, was the target of kamikaze drone attacks.
Sources claim that Russian shelling appears to be taking place around the city, and sirens have been heard.
The city was bombarded by planes about three in the morning, and it’s possible that more of them are in central Ukraine.
The sources also claimed that the Russian military actively attacked a large Ukrainian military facility using drones.
The military base was attacked, and then the Ukrainian capital began constructing shelters for evacuees.
