Recent data on unemployment in the United States misses expectations

According to figures issued by the US Department of Labor on Friday, unemployment in the US decreased to 3. 5% in September 2022 from 3. 7% in August 2022.
Additionally, the data showed a 263,000 increase in the number of people engaged in non-agricultural industries.
In a study conducted by the DailyFX portal, analysts predicted that the unemployment index would remain at its August 2022 level in September 2022.
