The post-coronavirus “Covid-19” phase will be discussed at a high-level meeting tomorrow in Limassol, Cyprus, according to the announcement from the Cypriot Ministry of Health. The meeting’s goal is to allow representatives of the various institutions dealing with the epidemic to share opinions and experiences in light of the challenges that the health systems will face during the upcoming winter.
The European Union Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Stella Kyriakides, the European Union Health Ministers, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, among other experts, will attend the meeting, according to a press release from the Ministry of Health that was published by the Cyprus News Agency today.
In light of the difficulties that health systems are anticipated to encounter during the winter, the Cypriot health department noted that the meeting’s purpose is to allow representatives of institutions coping with the pandemic to share their perspectives and experiences.
