He emphasised that during the months of September and October, the majority of people who displayed symptoms had a cold rather than Corona, and if injuries from Corona did occur, they would be very mild due to prior infection with the virus and also as a result of receiving vaccinations. He also added that when the virus mutates more than once, it weakens and kills itself, so if injuries from Corona increased, the injuries would be very weak.
He added, that our current concern is lung fibrosis, and currently we see it daily after it was few before, and during the Corona pandemic, we discovered that corona causes lung fibrosis, and currently there are 200 causes of lung fibrosis, and it is caused by antigens, a protein found in the microbe that enters the lung And some, when infected with this protein, who have a genetic predisposition to develop lung fibrosis, and others who do not have a genetic predisposition do not develop lung fibrosis, as pulmonary fibrosis is our main concern, because the patient when he develops fibrosis in the lung does not respond to any treatment except by lung transplantation, which is a difficult process, There is a long waiting list.
Since lung transplantation is the greatest treatment for fibrosis because the lung stops functioning when fibrosis is infected, he went on to explain that there is a lung transplantation project at Ain Shams Medicine and doctors are trained all over the world.
He went on to say that pulmonary embolism is a disease that can be avoided by not smoking or, if he works in a factory, by not being exposed to factory smoke. He also mentioned that there are modern inhaled materials that combine three treatments or medications, as well as respiratory rehabilitation, which is effective in helping patients with pulmonary embolism or asthma make a full recovery without being exposed to the complications that can result from these conditions.
