Summer-Sky Henry, 24, is wanted by Saskatoon police as part of the Megan Gallagher investigation.
Officers reported that although a warrant for first-degree murder had been requested, Henry also had a number of other warrants for offences such as unlawful imprisonment, violent assault, robbery, use of a handgun during a crime, drug charges, and disobeying a court order.
The Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) announced that it is asking for the public’s assistance in finding Henry, but cautioned that you should not approach her if you see her.
In this case, a different defendant, 44-year-old Roderick William Sutherland, who has already been charged in connection with the inquiry, is now also charged with first-degree murder.
The SPS serious crime section’s investigators stated they don’t anticipate filing any additional charges in this case and think they have named everyone responsible for Gallagher’s death.
According to investigators, they’ll keep taking tips and information on this case.
