Ihor Terekhov, the governor of Kharkiv in Ukraine’s northeast, claimed that on Wednesday/Thursday night, Russian soldiers bombed a piece of infrastructure in the Usnovyansky neighbourhood.
The “Kyiv Independent” newspaper said that Terekhov brought up the fact that the bombardment caused a fire at the location.
Injuries have not yet been reported as casualties.
