The minister emphasised that (OPEC +) studies all developments and changes in the market to reach decisions that guarantee the security of supply security, stability, and stability, and that these periodic meetings follow the developments of the global market with the aim of taking the appropriate decision on the balance of supply and demand.
In order to discuss potential areas of cooperation, he emphasised the meetings in Vienna, noting that “(OPEC +) has flexibility under the agreement of the Declaration of Cooperation, which in turn seeks to ensure the recovery and balance of the market and has proven its success during the years 2020 and 2021.
Along with Minister Al-Faris, a delegation to the two sessions consists of Sheikh Abdullah Sabah Salem Al-Hamoud Al-Sabah Al-Sabah Al-Sabah, the National Representative of the State of Kuwait to OPEC, and Muhammad. Kuwait Sabah Abdullah Abdullah Abdullah OPEC.
