The launch of the Russian-Arab Council of Businesswomen

The Russian-Arab Council of Businesswomen, a forum designed to improve ties between the Russian and UAE business communities, is being launched today, on Tuesday.
In order to create the Russian-Arab Council of Businesswomen, the Emirates Business Women Council and the Russian-Arab Business Council inked a joint cooperation agreement in January of last year.

This came on the sidelines of the Forum of the Russian-Arab Business Council, held under the title “Russia and the Arab World – New Opportunities in the New Reality” within the framework of Expo 2020 Dubai in Dubai.
The agreement was signed by Tatiana Gvilava, President of the Russian-Arab Business Council and President of the Russian “Business Women” Organization, and Farida Abdullah Qambar Al-Awadi, President of the Emirates Businesswomen’s Council.

The Emirates Business Women Council’s headquarters in Dubai will serve as the regional office for the Russian-Arab Business Women Council (Business Council) in the United Arab Emirates.

The Russian-Arab Business Council President and President of the Russian “Business Women” Organization, Tatiana Gvilava, and Farida Abdullah Qambar Al-Awadi, President of the Emirates Business Women Council, along with Mikhail Bogdanov, Deputy Minister Russian Foreign Ministry, Special Rapporteur, will participate in a press conference as part of the council’s launch ceremony in Moscow today.

Director of RT Arabic Maya Manna will serve as the conference’s coordinator.
