Montreal Canadiens sign forward Owen Beck to three-year, entry-level deal

On Tuesday, the Montreal Canadiens announced the signing of forward Owen Beck to a three-year, entry-level contract.
In accordance with the agreement, Beck will make (US)$775,000 in the NHL in 2022–2023; $835,000 in 2023–2024; and $855,000 in 2024–25.
Beck will receive $82,500 under the contract, which includes bonuses worth up to $95,000 annually.

The 18-year-old Beck, the 33rd overall pick of the franchise in the second round of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, finished the previous season with 51 points (21 goals, 30 assists) in 68 games with the Mississauga Steelheads of the Ontario Hockey League.
In his debut season, the centre was third in the OHL with 817 faceoffs.
