Driver flees crash on Vancouver’s Knight Street, 1 injured: police

The Knight Street and East 51st crash happened early one morning, and Vancouver Police are looking into it.
According to authorities, a Range Rover driver was travelling south when he rear-ended another car, sending it into a parked car and a light post.
The Range Rover’s driver ran as it came to a stop, according to Vancouver police, and he hasn’t been found.
However, according to detectives, they are fairly certain of his identity.
Sgt. Steve Addison, a member of the VPD, stated, “We have footage.”

“We are certain that we will be able to confirm the driver’s identity.”
Just before 3 a.m., according to BC Emergency Health Services, two ambulances arrived on the site.
Rear-ended driver was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.
The area’s traffic has started to flow again.
