Trump: Sabotaging Nord Stream will lead to the outbreak of World War III

The suspected destruction of the Russian Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea, according to former US President Donald Trump, has raised the possibility of a third world war. In response to a question on how precisely Washington intends to stop Nord Stream 2 given that the pipeline is now under German authority, Biden assured reporters that “we will be able to do it” if Russia invades Ukraine.

World War III is on the horizon, Trump said in a brief caption that accompanied the video.
The tweet was a clear jab at Biden, implying that the US might be responsible for the leaks detected earlier this week on the Nord Stream pipelines linking Russia to Europe, notably Pipeline No. 2’s connection to Germany in the Baltic Sea.

When asked for clarification by the publication “Daily Mail,” Trump’s spokesperson Taylor Bowdwich simply responded, “The remarks of the previous US president speak for themselves.”
Trump wrote extensively on the “sabotage” of the Nord Stream pipelines. He counselled the US leadership to remain “cool and calm” about the whole situation in one letter.

Trump stated that a military confrontation between Moscow and Kiev “definitely wouldn’t have happened if I were president” and connected the event to the situation in Ukraine.
Trump emphasised the significance of the United States contributing to a negotiated settlement between Russia and Ukraine.
Both parties require and desire that, he continued. There’s a lot on the line. I’ll be in charge of the negotiation team.

In a subsequent tweet, Trump, who sanctioned Nord Stream 2 while in office, recalled that it was his explanation of how crippling Germany and other areas of Europe’s dependence on the pipelines that first brought attention to them.
