The Russian Central extends the restrictions on withdrawing funds outside the country until April 2023

The Central Bank of Russia said that until March 31, 2023, people and foreign legal entities from nations that are hostile to Russia are still prohibited from withdrawing money from the country directly.
The bank stated that the prohibition on non-residents from hostile nations who do not work in Russia, as well as legal companies from these countries, will last until the designated date.

Russian nationals living in friendly nations will be able to use money transfer services to send up to $10,000 or its equivalent in other currencies, as well as up to $1,000,000 each month, to any account in a foreign bank.
Non-residents who work in Russia are also permitted to send their wages overseas.
Representatives of nations favourable to Russia and those who are hostile to it will both have access to this feature.
