Gold prices in Egypt today, Friday 30-9-2022

With the continuing of a state of fast fluctuation in the price of gold, gold prices stabilised in Egypt at the start of trade in the goldsmiths market today, Friday.
24 karat gold was priced at 1289.25 pounds per gramme in the final settlement.
Gold with a 21 karat purity cost 1128 pounds per gramme.
Prices for 14 karat gold were steady at 752 pounds per gramme.
The 18 carat recorded 966.75 pounds per gramme, on average.
9,024 pounds were paid for the gold pound.

On Thursday, gold prices remained mostly constant despite the dollar’s drop, rising Treasury yields, and concerns that the US central bank might tighten monetary policy.
At 1806 GMT, the price of gold in spot trades had barely changed from its opening price of $ 1640. 30 to settle at $ 1659. 09 per ounce (an ounce).
Additionally, US gold futures contracts recorded 1668.60 dollars at the close of trading, a 0.1% minor decline.
