Two days before the start of the new season, Hilal Cheba Club stated on Thursday that the International Sports Court had confused matters by deciding to send the team back to the Tunisian Football League.
In a statement posted to his Facebook page, Hilal Al-Shaba said: Today, the Court of Arbitration for Sport decided to reinstate the young Hilal in the National Professional League (Premier League), and the international legal system upholds Hilal, the young woman, before the Tunisian University for the twentieth time (Tunisian Federation).
When Hilal Al-Shaba lost 1-0 to Africain in the final round of the two groups stage of the previous season, they were demoted to the second tier.
The young Hilal decided to file a complaint with the Tunisian Football Federation and subsequently with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in protest against the CAF president who was seated on the bench, saying that he was given a two-match suspension.
The Tunisian League is also organised this season into two groups, each with seven clubs. .
The judge decides to send Hilal back to the Tunisian League.
