Nabih Berri, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, examined the economic situation with a group of business institutions in Lebanon led by former Minister Mohamed Choucair, President of the Federation of Lebanese Chambers.
Choucair presented the Speaker of Parliament with the vision of Lebanon’s economic organisations for the country’s economic recovery plan.
In a related incident, Berri discussed the overall situation in the country and legislative matters with MP Ghada Ayoub, a member of the strong Republic faction.
Ayoub addressed with President Berri the developing situation in the Jezzine region and its shore, particularly the people’s worries of losing or limiting their acquired right to profit from the electric power supplied by the Litani Water Authority’s producing plant.
