Chinese Foreign Minister: Beijing-Moscow relations have withstood the tests of the international situation

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasised that China-Russia ties have weathered world testing and remain alive.
According to the Chinese News Agency (Xinhua), this occurred at his meeting with the outgoing Russian ambassador to China, Andrey Denisov, on Saturday, during which the two sides shared views on subjects of mutual importance.

Wang stated that China-Russia ties would continue to grow at a high level, offer a solid guarantee for defending the two countries’ vital interests, and make fresh contributions to their development and rejuvenation under the leadership of the two heads of state.

Denisov’s exceptional work in fostering collaboration between China and Russia, as well as friendship and mutual trust between the two nations, was lauded by the Chinese minister, who stated that he is anticipated to continue his commitment to the development of bilateral ties.
Denisov, for his part, stated that while working in China, he watched China’s amazing successes in many areas, and he thought that China will achieve even greater success in the future.
