The Chinese employee reportedly resigned her work after learning that only one of the scheduled 70 attendees showed up. All seventy of her coworkers were invited.
According to an article posted on the website times now news, the bride received the invitation two months before the wedding, but when the big day arrived, she discovered that only one of the 70 coworkers she had invited had shown up. What was even more surprising was that the only other female coworker who attended was the intern she works with.
The woman was compelled to throw away enough food for six tables, and the next day she resigned her work because she felt so humiliated and ashamed in front of her family for not attending her colleagues’ wedding.
Upon learning that her coworkers had declined her wedding invitation, a Chinese woman quits her job.
