The European Union is considering new sanctions against Moscow, and Ukraine adheres to the ban on entry to Russians

Twitter conversation between the foreign ministers of the European Union and Ukraine during a side event
Dmytro Kuleba, the foreign minister of Ukraine, urged the European Union on Wednesday to impose travel restrictions on Russian citizens, saying the action was necessary because the majority of Russians had backed Kyiv’s aggressive, murderous war.

The European Union’s foreign ministers met in Prague on Wednesday, the second day of negotiations, at which point Kuleba reiterated that the time for half-measures was over.
Kuleba went on to say that only a firm and consistent policy will provide results.
The deal on visa facilitation with Moscow is anticipated to be suspended by ministers, which will result in longer visa wait times and higher visa fees for Russians.

A complete EU travel restriction is likely to keep the bloc divided.
According to a statement from Kuleba, the visa ban on Russian tourists and some other groups will be a suitable response to the aggressive genocidal war that Russia is fighting in the centre of Europe with the support of the vast majority of its citizens.
The Ukrainian minister also suggested launching a special program for Russian soldiers who do not want to fight in Ukraine anymore.

Kuleba added in his statement, “Save yourselves and go, lay down your arms, surrender to the Ukrainian soldiers, and receive a chance to start a new life.”
I am certain that this offer is worthwhile because, even if a Russian soldier chooses to lay down his arms and depart, it would still save Ukrainian lives and advance the cause of peace, the official continued.

After his forces started an operation to reclaim southern Ukraine on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pleaded with Russian soldiers to escape for their lives, but Moscow claimed it repulsed the attack and inflicted significant losses on Kyiv’s forces.

However, there are restrictions on utilising this feature, it may only be used for a short period of time, and the recovery is dependent on the user selecting the type of deletion before it is finished.
The website also provided a screenshot of a little bar that will appear on the programme interface after it deletes, stating, “Undo erased messages for me,” and indicating that not everyone will have access to this capability when selecting the deletion option.
The user won’t be able to recover erased messages if this bar vanishes.

The governments of Germany and France issued a joint statement warning against overly restrictive visa policies in order to avoid feeding the Russian narrative and unwittingly establishing a hostile policy that will alienate future generations. Both Ukraine and a few other European Union members supported this action.

New penalties against Moscow are being considered by the European Union, while Ukraine upholds the Russian entrance embargo.
