Britney Spears, an American pop singer, has accused her family of leaving her once again after telling her own narrative in her own words in a 22-minute video clip she put on YouTube.
In the audio tape, the Hold Me Closer singer blasted her family once more, stating that she felt abandoned by them. They literally murdered me and tossed me away. According to Page Six, she stated, “I felt like my family got rid of me.”
The Grammy winner also stated that she was pushed into a mental health facility in early 2019 after objecting to a dance move during a practise.
She recounted conditions inside the institution, where she reportedly had to strip in front of others and undergo harsh types of therapy, in the tape.
Furthermore, Spears said that she was obliged to notify her followers that she was seeking treatment for her father Jimmy Spears’ colon ailment while sobbing behind closed doors.
Spears also discussed her abuse and why she declined a large sum of money for an interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The 40-year-old pop artist revealed that she has received offers to interview Oprah and others for large sums of money, which she described as “insane.” I’m not interested in any of it.
According to reports, a Los Angeles court dissolved Britney Spears’ guardianship in November 2021, after she had been in control of her life for 13 years.
Spears has requested that the court terminate the legal agreements that have regulated her personal life and $60 million in property since 2008.
In recent months, Britney has been permitted to hire her own lawyer, having selected the famous Hollywood lawyer, Matthew Rosengart, and applying to the court for the consent of an accountant under her supervision, after the filing of abuse lawsuits against her father, James Spears.
James disputed the accusations and appointed chartered accountant John Zappelle as Britney’s interim financial guardian in late September.
