Bournemouth has officially fired their coach, Scott Parker, following a string of poor performances since the start of the English Premier League season, the current season 2022-2023.
In an official statement, Bournemouth president Maxim Demin said, “I would like to voice my thanks to Scott and his colleagues for their efforts throughout their time with us.”
Our promotion to the Premier League last season during his stay will go down in history as one of our most successful seasons.
However, in order to grow as a team and as a club as a whole, we must all agree on a strategy for running the club sustainably. We must also have trust in and respect for one another.
The president of Bournemouth closed his speech by adding, “Our is the attitude that has given this club so much success in recent history, and one from which we will not vary from now on.” The search for a new coach will begin right now.
Bournemouth played four matches in the English Premier League this season, losing three and winning one, finishing in 17th position with three points.
