The Republican decision issued by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi today, Tuesday, states that Counselor Adly Abdel Fattah Gad Zayed will be appointed as head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority as of 9/1/2022, succeeding Counselor Ezzat Abu Zeid, who will complete his bid at the end of August.
The republican edict also required publication in the Official Gazette as well as implementation and implementation.

Adly Abdel-Fattah Gad Zayed, counsellor, was born on 4/12/1952.
2- Counsellor Adly Abdel-Fattah Gad Zayed graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, in 1974, with a Bachelor of Laws. 3- In 1976, Adly Abdel-Fattah Gad Zayed joined the Administrative Prosecution. 4- Adly Abdel-Fattah Gad Zayed ascended through the ranks of the judiciary. 5- Adly Abdel-Fattah Gad Zayed worked at a number of administrative prosecution offices, including those in Banha, Alexandria, Tanta, and Shubra El-Kheima.
7- Adly Abdel Fattah Gad Zayed was the Director of the Technical Office in Benha and a member of the Supreme Council of the Administrative Prosecution until the current republican decision naming him as the director of the Administrative Prosecution Authority.
Simultaneously, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi determined in Resolution No.
395 of 2022, to confer the Order of the Republic, first class, to Counselor Ezzat Abu Zeid, former head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority.
According to Article 197 of the Constitution, the Administrative Prosecution Authority is an autonomous judicial authority.
