Russian Defense: Kyiv continues to provoke and threaten an atomic disaster in Zaporozhye

The Kyiv government is continuing its provocations, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, in an effort to increase the likelihood of a staged nuclear disaster at the Zaporozhye power plant.
The administration claims that in the previous day, Ukrainian forces bombarded this station twice with artillery.
During this time, Ukrainian artillery fired nine shells, three of which fell close to Special Building No.

2, which is where new TVEL nuclear fuel and solid radioactive waste are kept.
The initial Ukrainian shelling caused damage to the station pipes, and during the second bombardment, five rounds landed in front of the sixth pumping station, which cools this reactor.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Ukrainian troops stationed in the Dnepropetrovsk Province village of Marievka were apparently bombing the nuclear power plant.

According to the administration, Russian armed forces were able to locate the Ukrainian cannons during the exchange of fire between artillery positions and destroyed them with counterfire.
The authorities declared that the radioactivity in the station’s interior and environs is still within permissible bounds.
