Zakharova: Russia is committed to the agreement on the safe transport of Ukrainian food

According to Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Russia is completely committed to the Istanbul accords on the secure delivery of food from Ukrainian ports.

The spokeswoman said in statements as reported by the Russian Tass news agency that Moscow is fully committed to the quadripartite agreement reached in Istanbul (signed by Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine under the mediation of the United Nations) on the safe transportation of grain and foodstuffs from Ukrainian ports.
She continued, “As of today, 27 ships carrying food have already travelled via the humanitarian corridor in the Black Sea.”

We would like to point out that a bilateral memorandum of agreement was signed on July 22 in Istanbul with the UN Secretariat to support the marketing of Russian goods and fertilisers. Globalism.
And for that reason alone, we are genuinely interested in carrying on with this initiative to continue supplying food to the most needy countries in Africa.

Zakharova: The agreement on the secure transportation of Ukrainian food is one that Russia is committed to.
