Baghdad Police Commander Major General Majid Faleh Al-Moussawi denied the forces were on alert today, Tuesday. He stated, “There is no truth to what has been circulating regarding the units entering an alert condition.”

According to sources, Baghdad’s military troops are on high alert, although the police commander disputes this.
