Bella Hadid discusses the losses she has endured as a result of her support for Palestine.

Bella Hadid, a Palestinian-American model, stated that her continued support for the Palestinian cause has cost her a lot of money.
She told Libyan-American journalist Nour Tagouri on her Rep podcast earlier this week that firms have stopped dealing with them due to the issue.
I genuinely think that if I had started talking about Palestine when I was 20, I would not have earned the fame and respect that I do now, said Hadid, now 25.

Bella, alongside her sister Gigi, is widely regarded as one of the most pro-Palestine models.
Many companies have stopped working with me, she claimed, without naming any names. The model claimed in April that she had been banned from Instagram because of her Palestinian support.
When I write on Palestine, I am instantly blocked, and almost a million of you are less likely to see my articles and postings, she remarked at the time.

In March, Vogue deleted a Palestinian-related word from an article that featured on an Instagram post by Bella’s sister, Gigi, in which she linked Ukraine’s ongoing instability to Palestinian misery. When the story was posted on Instagram, it sparked uproar from people accusing the magazine of allowing filthy beliefs to be voiced. Vogue removed any references to Palestine from its Instagram image and original story the next day.

Several celebrities, like Mark Ruffalo and Emma Watson, who have publicly supported Palestinians, have been forced to apologise after being accused of anti-Semitism.
