Russia sees Israel’s preparations for a nuclear deal with Iran as closer than ever.

According to Al-Madina, Abolfazl Amawi, spokesman for the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee in the Iranian parliament, Tehran has explained its position on the outstanding files, while Washington has stated that it has communicated its views on the Iranian response to the European Union in particular.
Amoei went on to explain that while Iran has yet to get a response from the other party, a deal is still feasible if Washington responds to Tehran’s requirements.

Certain limitations, according to the Iranian official, must be abolished immediately, while others must be relaxed gradually.
Meanwhile, the Iranian parliament has completed a closed-door session to discuss the most recent developments in the nuclear problem.
According to an Al-Jazeera correspondent, Parliament considered Tehran’s proposals in response to the European initiative to resuscitate the nuclear agreement.

According to the reporter, a number of top Iranian officials in charge of the discussions attended the meeting, and that Parliament will be the first Iranian institution to ratify any agreement reached with Western countries.
In the same spirit, Russia’s envoy in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, claimed that we have a stronger chance than ever to reach a final agreement in the Vienna talks.
He went on to explain that the outcome is determined by how the US reacts to Iran’s reasonable views.

According to Israeli Channel 13, Israeli sources have stated that Iran is close to concluding a nuclear agreement, which they take note of and see as bad.
According to Israeli authorities, Israel is prepared for a variety of eventualities and is working to develop effective ways to prepare for them.
They were also quoted as saying that Iran is willing to mobilise public opinion in order to sign the agreement.

In exchange, the US State Department, through spokesman Ned Price, declined to share Washingtons view on Irans reaction to the European Unions proposal to resuscitate the nuclear accord, emphasising that the US position is clear that these conversations are primarily about Irans nuclear programme.
He went on to say that the European Union’s phrasing is heavily based on the arrangement presented months ago, but these are tough issues.

In recent weeks, he added, all stakeholders have had the opportunity to raise clarifying questions and obtain fresh facts.
We are reviewing Iran’s response to the European Union, which we received, and we have expressed our concerns to the Union in particular, and we will continue to do so, he added.
The European Union, for its part, saw Iran’s reaction to his proposal to restore the nuclear deal as favourable.

According to Bloomberg, an informed official stated that the European Union is currently debating the next step with the US, emphasising that Iran’s reaction is still being reviewed.
According to the same source, the other parties to the nuclear talks, including the United States, China, and Russia, are presently evaluating Iran’s response.
Al Jazeera and other news organisations were consulted.
