According to NATO’s Secretary-General, Russia’s seizure of the Ukrainian plant poses a major threat to the facility’s safety and security, and raises the potential of a nuclear catastrophe or disaster.
The Secretary-General of NATO stated unequivocally that inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency and the departure of all Russian personnel were required.
