Alexander Lukashenko, the president of Belarus, lauded his nation’s cordial relations with India in a number of win-win areas.
In a congratulatory telegram to his Indian counterpart Drupadi Murmo on the occasion of her nation’s independence celebrations, Lukashenko said that India is unique due to its indigenous culture, rich ancient history, and enormous human potential. Additionally, thanks to effective social and economic policy and constructive foreign policy, New Delhi is now an important pole of influence.
He emphasised Minsk’s desire to forge mutually beneficial partnerships in the fields of business, engineering, agriculture, medicine, science, and education and expressed his confidence that the two nations’ talks would continue to be constructive on all fronts.
In several areas, Belarus cherishes its friendly connections with India.
